PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONSENT By registering, I, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject," acting consciously, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data (including, but not limited to: last name, first name, patronymic (if any), country of residence, email address, phone number, trading account number, and other data entered in the fields of the form via the Internet) by the company "LET'S TALK MONEY" (self-employed Ivanov, TIN 7704848511, email: info@mylitemoney.com), hereinafter referred to as the "Company." By giving this consent, I confirm that the personal data provided by me in the form fields are current as of the moment of giving consent. I undertake to provide the Company with updated personal data in the event of any changes. Purposes of collection and processing of personal data: performance of the Client Agreement to which the Data Subject is a party; provision of information and technical services for automatic copying of trades; calculation and invoicing of remuneration; provision of technical support and feedback; participation in the referral program (if desired). Actions with personal data for which consent is given: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. Methods of processing personal data: with the use of automation tools; without the use of automation tools; in electronic form. Term of consent: until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn by the Data Subject. Procedure for withdrawal of consent: this consent may be withdrawn by submitting an application by the Data Subject to the Company's email address: info@mylitemoney.com. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Company shall cease processing personal data, except as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation. By giving this consent, I confirm that the processing of personal data is carried out by the Company under conditions of confidentiality, security and protection of personal data. I have read and understood the Personal Data Processing Policy (Appendix No. 1 to the Client Agreement).
